Insurance

Can I use my insurance?

Nureli works with many health plans. During intake we verify your coverage and whether your clinician participates with your plan, before your first visit. Self-pay is always available, with prices shown before you book.

How care works

Getting started takes about ten minutes.

No referral needed, unless your insurance requires it.

  1. Step 1

    Connect with us on Spruce

We'll ask for a few things to start your intake, like a photo ID and your insurance card if you have one.

  2. Step 2

    Finish intake and schedule

Once your paperwork is complete, we match you with a clinician licensed in Texas and find a time.

  3. Step 3

    Meet by video and start

Your evaluation ends with a plan you agree on, and you book your follow-up before you log off.

Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances under any circumstances.

Conditions & medication

What we help with.

Pick a condition to see how a psychiatric evaluation and medication management can fit in.

Depression

Persistent low mood, loss of interest, or low energy that affects daily life.

Evaluation

A full psychiatric evaluation, typically 45–60 minutes, ending in a diagnosis you understand.

Medication

Your clinician may discuss antidepressant options, how long they take to work, and how you'll check in on side effects.

Educational information only. Treatment is decided with your clinician. Read the Depression guide

Clinicians

The clinicians you'll actually see.

Every Nureli clinician is licensed in the state where you receive care, and you stay with the same clinician visit after visit.

With insurance

We bill your plan. What you owe — a copay, coinsurance or deductible — depends on your plan, and we verify it before your first visit. Accepted plans aren't a guarantee of benefits.

Tracking progress

How we see what's working.

PHQ-9 and GAD-7

Before your visits you answer two short, widely used questionnaires: the PHQ-9 asks about depression symptoms and the GAD-7 about anxiety symptoms.

Watching symptoms over time

Your clinician compares your answers from visit to visit to see how symptoms are changing and adjusts your treatment plan with you.

Plans in plain language

After every visit you get a plan written so it makes sense to you.

Symptom monitoring is part of your ongoing psychiatric care. The questionnaires support your clinician's judgment; they don't replace a conversation.

Patient stories

What patients tell us.
