Tracking progress
How we see what's working.
PHQ-9 and GAD-7
Before your visits you answer two short, widely used questionnaires: the PHQ-9 asks about depression symptoms and the GAD-7 about anxiety symptoms.
Watching symptoms over time
Your clinician compares your answers from visit to visit to see how symptoms are changing and adjusts your treatment plan with you.
Plans in plain language
After every visit you get a plan written so it makes sense to you.
Symptom monitoring is part of your ongoing psychiatric care. The questionnaires support your clinician's judgment; they don't replace a conversation.
Ready when you are.
An evaluation is a conversation, not a commitment.
