FAQ & support

Questions people ask first.

Insurance & cost

Do you take my insurance?

Nureli works with many health plans. During intake we verify your coverage and whether your clinician participates with your plan, before your first visit.

What does self-pay cost?

$100 for your initial evaluation and $50 for each follow-up. Prices are shown before you book.

Care & medication

Can a Nureli clinician prescribe medication?

Yes, when it's clinically appropriate. Prescriptions go to the pharmacy you already use.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

No. Nureli does not prescribe controlled substances under any circumstances.

Getting started

Which states do you serve?

Nureli is accepting new patients in Texas.

How soon can I be seen?

It depends on clinician availability. You'll see your options after your intake is complete.

Support & safety

What if I'm in crisis?

Nureli isn't an emergency service. Call or text 988, or call 911, right away.

How do I reach the team?

Message us on Spruce, or use the contact page. We never ask for clinical details by email.

Ready when you are.
